ISSUES WITH ORDER:
If you have any issues with your order including shipping delays (as might happen regularly with USPS), operating devices and any other issues, Please contact us first through “Contact Seller” before leaving any feedbacks as we will do our best to resolve the issue.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING:
Item is usually shipped on the same business day once the payment is cleared and tracking will be uploaded accordingly.
Our business days are from Monday to Saturday ( 10 AM – 3 PM EST) , any order placed in after 3 PM will be processed in the next business days.
Customers are entitled to 30 days free return policy from us as we cover your return shipping; However:
+ If Doesn’t work, Defective or Doesn’t match description: The item needs to be returned in the similar cosmetic condition as when we send it. If the item is received in much worse cosmetic condition compared to before it was initially sent that might also have led it to stop working, we will deduct the 20% restocking fees from this transaction.
+ If Doesn’t fit, order by mistake…etc: 20% restocking fees will be automatically deducted from the refund.
+ Under any particular reasons, the item needs to be returned to us first (as we cover it) before we could proceed to the next step by sending refund or replacement.
